CrossLease GmbH was founded in 2001 and has been offering software for refi banks and leasing companies ever since.
With a team of 20 employees, we support our customers with know-how and state-of-the-art technology.
Sustainability
As a modern and efficient company, we base our actions on the principles of sustainability:
- Efficient communication via e.g. teams, business trips only when absolutely necessary.
- Location close to the railway station for emission-free travel of employees
- Integration of home office into the work structure with flexible working hours
- Use of resource-saving materials (green electricity, recycled paper, water preparation)
Standardisation
First and foremost, we follow the standard approach, i.e. the software fulfils a very high degree of “plug&play” functionality, which enables a quick introduction at an outstanding level of quality.
We follow an “agile” approach on a flat hierarchy in all activities. Thus, our consultants are the link between the client and the software. Changes, improvements and projects are accompanied interactively with the customer via this link.
In special cases, developers can be embedded directly in workshops and provide virtual advice from their perspective.
A procedure that once again underlines our focus on customer wishes.
Scalability
In addition, we can access a pool of freelancers to speed up developments, or we use integration partners to configure and implement our software at customers’ sites.

We have been developing our software products since 2001 in close cooperation with our partner, the Sirconic Group from Freilassing, Germany.
